嬉しいドイツからのメール

ドイツのデトモルトに住むKurtさんからメールと写真が昨晩、届いた。2週間もバルト海のヴストロヴビーチで長いバカンスを楽しんでおられた様子です。2週間は日本人からみたら長いバカンスと思うが彼にとっては短いようです。私たち日本人はトシとって仕事から解放されてもなかなか長期旅行はできません。Kurtさんは元ドイツ空軍の教官でした。私よりずっと年輩で、たしか85才です。ハンブルグに娘と孫が住んでいて、バルト海方面のバカンスによく行かれるようです。彼とはアマチュア無線の電信で交信してから知り合った。それからずーと長いつきあいです。ドイツ語でもなく日本語でもなく英文ですが私はこれを翻訳して返事を書くのに時間がかかります。でもKurtさんの便りは嬉しく今か今かと待つようになりました。

Good evening dear friends there in Yokkaichi

I hope that your both are keeping well and family is good.

Now I have a moment rest to write you.

We are back fom our short trip there on baltic sea since two weeks.

the town called Wustrow exactly near the beautiful

beach there I could go to bathe.the water was very cold only

16 centigrad the wave sometimes very strong.

The area there is very interesting naturale village and in the near

are the resting place for many thousend birds of crans.

there the crans find food for the fly to spain or africa.

we wait here when the crans fly over Detmold.

The weather here is raining and cold,the trees lost foliage.

Kurtさん

今朝6時16分の気温は5度で、10分後の6時26分の気温は6度になっていた。ラジオ体操は26名が参加していた。まだこの時間帯は薄暗いのです。ドイツのKurtさんからメールと添付写真が届いた。Kurtさん夫妻はハンブルグに住む娘や孫息子とクリスマスを過ごしたらしい。KurtさんからのEメールはドイツ語ではなくて英文です。翻訳して返信を送るまでかなりの時間がかかります。

ドイツからのメール

5時28分の気温は13.6度、湿度は66%で風速1.6mでした。ヒバリ児童合唱団の歌が聞こえていた。ラジオ体操は52名が参加していた。Kさんからたくわんの作り方を教わった。大根10kgに塩600を入れる。水が上がってきたら水を切って捨てる。酢3合と砂糖600gをビニール袋に入れて重石を置けばよいとのこと。はたして自分にもできるだろうか。

今朝ドイツのKurtさんからメールが届いた。真っ赤なリンゴの写真などが添付されていた。ハンブルグの近くのエルベ川の河口のほうに小旅行したようです。ハンブルグにはKurtさんの娘さんと孫が住んでいてご夫妻は老後の楽しみでデトモルトからよく旅行されるのです。Kurtさんは元ドイツ空軍の教官でした。Kurtさんとはアマチュア無線で交信してから親しくﾒｰﾙ交換もするようになりました。もうかれこれ15年ほど続いている日独メール交換です。

It's a long time,that you have heard from Detmold,sorry for my

delay.I hope that you all keeping well.

Ich hoffe,dass es Ihnen allen gut geht.

here we both are very well.....hier uns beiden geht es gut.

in the middle of Oktober we had a little trip to the mouth of river

Elbe outside from Hamburg,there is the area of "Altes Land"

and there are many many plantation of apple and it was the

time to harvest apple.well it was great to enjoy and tast the

fresh apple and also the river Elbe to look at the great ship and

containership.

well we was there one week after back to Detmold,then was

come the daughter and boy to us and we had a lot of fun and

a bit stress Hi. in that time I went with boy to the swimmingpool

and he have done a  middle licence of swimm.

now we do relax and have a look to TV exciting football or crime.
